Description
For our customer we are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager.
Skills Required:
- 5-10 years Project Management experience.
- HR - Human Resource systems experience.
- SuccessFactors implementation Project Management experience.
- Strong experience from full project life cycle management including planning, budgeting, resourcing, stakeholder management, deployment to service.
- Experience in working in global multivendor environment.
- Experience in managing system integration work, including testing.
Job description:
- SuccessFactors PM needed to manage HR Platform Renewal project.
- Manage the project team including internal IT resources, HR teams in Espoo and other locations and external vendor (implementation of SuccessFactors)
- Work closely with HR teams to build and implement new processes.
- Perform detailed project planning and budgeting & follow-up (eg weekly status report)
- Manage day-to-day project activities and resources (overall project task coordination and action point follow up)
- Arrange project team meetings, (module and integration) workshops, meetings with other stakeholders (Chorus etc.)
- Manage and report internal issues and risks (escalations)
- Arrange steering group meetings, provide reports etc. (together with business PM)
- Identify and plan dependencies between different projects, initiatives, or systems (together with business PM)
- Main focus: SuccessFactors module (Learning & Recruitment) implementation, several integrations to other systems and old system(s) decommissioning.
