Relationship Manager - Client Migration
Our client, a large financial services organisation, is currently recruiting for a Client Migration Manager to manage the relationship with commercial customers during a major change. Joining the clients' Image Clearing System programme, the role will be for an initial 3 month contract with potential extension.
The selected contractors will explain to clients, by telephone or in writing, and help manage how their use of cheques will alter as a result of the introduction of the new digital-image based clearing system, how it will impact their bank accounts and how it will impact the services they receive.
To be considered for this role applicants should have previous experience managing relationships with customers within a banking environment throughout a period of substantial change. You should have proven customer facing experience gained within a banking environment. Experience managing corporate customer relationships during a migration would be highly beneficial.
In addition to the above experience, applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a high level of motivation and attention to detail.
