Supportability Engineer - ARM

A Supportability Engineer with ARM experience is required to work on a six month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our defence client based in Cumbria.

This is a 6 month contract working with a leading UK defence company.

Overview of the Supportability Engineer contract role

The main requirements are influencing and incorporating engineering change into an existing suite of ILS documentation and data, including implementation of the changes defined above into the LSA and Tech Pubs source documentation, Supply System Modelling and Life Cycle Cost analysis (LCC) and reliability modelling.

Key skills required for the Supportability Engineer

  • Strong ILS working knowledge
  • Reliability/Maintainability experience in the defence sector
  • Previous experience in the following;
  • LCN structuring
  • Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
  • Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
  • Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA)
  • Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA)
  • Provisioning data compilation.
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • The role is based in Barrow in Furness, Cumbria - commutable from Carnforth, Milnthorpe, Lancaster, Morecambe, Penrith, Workington, Whitehaven and The Lake District
