My Client is an award winning InsurTech innovative and online solution which automates regulatory compliance for General Insurance sector clients. Having entered the next and exciting phase of growth to aggressively capture market share, they require a Sales Prospect manager.

The Role - To identify the ideal UK prospect clients and contact within each company, based on size and structure of each organisation and fill the sales teams pipeline with qualified leads.

Responsibilities include

  • Develop strategy of the prospect qualification stage of the sales program
  • Review, consolidate and update current prospect lead data
  • Develop prospect research strategy
  • Plan, communicate and develop research criteria for types of customers and sub-profiles within each based on size and location of organisation
  • Source and manage offshore admin research resources and their outputs
  • Cross reference prospect leads against CRM databases to identify new leads
  • Develop a set of robust qualifications questions and stages, and train sales team
  • Develop a process to categorise, prioritise, allocate, handover and brief sales team.
  • Develop metrics to measure & report on successful customer identification & refine strategy by obtaining and integrating learnings from the sales team

Ideal Skills and experience

  • Experience managing the full cycle of identifying prospect leads for the sales team to qualify and engage.
  • Developing prospecting process/approach
  • Managing researchers
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and compliance requirements within the industry
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A self-starter, able to manage own time to achieve goals on time.
  • Able to demonstrate creation of successful pipeline
  • Ability to analyse data effectively

Initial contract length 3 months with realistic opportunity of extension.
