Calling all contract ServiceNow Developers!
A renowned, national Investment Management organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to develop and enhance a brand new platform to deliver efficiencies and improvements to service delivery, based out of the Newcastle office.
You will be responsible for developing existing and new forms, workflows and processes including incident management, CMDB management, problem change and knowledge management, sitting as the ServiceNow Development SME within the team.
The successful ServiceNow Developer will have an extensive ServiceNow Development background, ideally with ITIL foundation certification, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and ITSM knowledge. You'll have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core application latest version Helsinki, UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components.
