Position Title: Network Planning Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Provide operator network planning, design, and network construction consulting.
- Responsible for operator network service solution architecture design - MBB and FBB.
- Following the network technical development trends, provide the suggestion for future planning and design solutions.
- Analysing the current operator tool system architecture of network planning and deployment service, provide the suggestion for tool mapping.
- Identify and analyse the key planning and design service requirement from the valued operator.
- Frontline support for service bidding projects, support technical presentations and workshops.
- Customize the network planning, deployment and optimization service solutions based on operator request;c be responsible for competitiveness of the solution.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years working experience in telecommunication industry; Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8+ years working experience in end-to-end network planning and design.
- Familiar with the process of investment and budget, network planning and design, and network construction of telecom operators.
- Proficient in telecommunication network architecture, proficient in FBB / MBB typical solutions, familiar with the products of mainstream telecommunication equipment vendors, familiar with frequently-used network planning and design tools.
- With rich project experience in network swap, network evolution or network consolidation scenarios of large-scale network, have a deep understanding of the future network evolution trend
- Good English, with excellent ability to express and communicate with the CXO-level executives directly, have strong teamwork capabilities leading the team to complete the end-to-end network planning and design work of large-scale network.
- Work proactively, can quickly adapt to a variety of working environment, accept oversea business traveling with long periods.
