Senior Business Development Manager (SDN/NFV)We are currently recruiting for our client, a market leading telecommunications company, for a Senior Business Development Manager (SDN/NFV) to join their growing office and team in Paris.

Responsibilities:
- Lead SDN/NFV Business Development team within Key Account
- Report to the Head of Key Account Marketing
- Identify and develop key customers
- Derive market & competitor information and customer requirements in order to define solution customization
- Develop SDN/NFV business cases in line with customer requirements: use case design, value based argumentation, go-to-market strategy and tangible technical alignment
- Figure out technical customer solution with HQ R&D and formulate annual and longer term marketing plans if any
- Provide sales and marketing competence and capability for SDN/NFV SCE (Sales Capability Enabling)
Qualifications:
- 15 + years of experience in telecom/ IT industry, and at least 10 years of experience as a part of a market leading company
- Expertise in SDN/NFV/Telco Cloud business trends and initiatives in Europe, and knowledge of non-European markets would be a plus e.g. MEA
- Good understanding of Cloud/Software technology (OpenStack/KVM, VMware, Docker, Cloud Networking etc)
- Strong experience with CRM
- Knowledge of desktop analysis, using case design and go-to-market approaches
- French and English fluent
- Ability to travel frequently within WEU and globally if needed
