Next Ventures are urgently looking for a change management consultant to help assist with a client based in Prague.
The ideal individual will have the following experience:
Help on defining change management strategy, including: stakeholder's analysis, risks/impacts, action plan.
Define and implement communication plan and training plan
Prepare documentation and improve processes for communication and internal marketing
Coach the people who will benefit from the projects
Manage and measure organizational impact
Assist and support the Change Management Lead with the everyday-tasks.
