Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Expert in Austrian Labor and Bargaining Law (m/f)

Your tasks:
- OTP calculation
- Validate the Works Council (WC) calculation per employee
- check the employee is eligible to a One Time Payment
- Calculate the additional OTP for 3 years, for some cases may need to understand root cause and go back 10-15 years
- Compare seniority dates in the excel file to what is stored in Workday
- All-In Multipliers Deckungsprüfung
- Check contract for all-in multiplier and working hours
- Add up actual hours reported and overtime hours reported
- Calculate the over/under hours per employee
- Report findings in an excel document for review with the Works Council
Your qualifications
- Knowledge of Austrian Collective Bargaining agreement and Austrian labor law mandatory
- Compensation, payroll and project management skills desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and it´s possibilities
- English mandatory, German desirable
- Team player and high level of communication skills
