Description
- Business consultant
- Salesforce ADM201 and preferably Service Cloud Consultant.
- Knowledge of what is possible with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning.
- Able to design service cloud solutions.
- Leading customer workshops and designing the customer service process
- Creating reports and dashboards.
- Building relationships with management and senior stakeholders.
- Gathering requirements in an agile framework and writing user stories.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work closely with both onshore and offshore dev teams.
