I am working with a leading finance company based in the city. My client is looking for a strong Agile scrum master to work on a number of project within the company.
Key skills/requirement
- Bring together and own all majorr deliverables from the project
- Understand and drive technology deliverables
- Work closely with technology project sponsor (reporting line) on deliveries
- Run cam-ban boards & daily stand ups
- Work closely with the building project team to ensure all deliveries are aligned
- Present at weekly project meeting the progress of technology streams
- Know Agile methodologies (SAFe ideally)
- Know Agile tools & have ability to run stand up meetings
- Run deliveries in sprints and run Kanban boards
