Group Financial Accountant - Belfast - 10 months - Management - Education Sector
Our client is looking for a highly experienced and qualified Accounting professional to lead and motivate their team of specialist finance and administrative staff. The role requires the management of the payroll function of the group, all general accounting functions and the resource allocations across the team.
Key Requirements
- All applicants must have full membership of a Consultative Committee of Accountancy Body.
- At least 5 years experience (post qualification) in a relevant financial role.
- Direct and recent experience of preparing statutory accounts for an organisation with an annual budget exceeding £10m.
- Proven background in customer service standards, risk management and relationship management.
- Ability to prepare appropriate bids for funding, sponsorship, projects and/or capital equipment.
- Proven ability to represent the organisation at meetings and events as required.
