Your tasks:
- Responsible for defining, overseeing, and executing communication and change management program supporting the GDPR Readiness Program
- Lead and partially support recruiting of OCM coordinators , instructional designers, SMEs and change agents
- Design and management of communication and change management plans
- Create and manage metrics to roll-up and report on project level metrics and relevant KPIs
- Accountable for and supporting the implementation of OCM activities, incl. events, trainings
- Oversee set up and management of change agent networks as appropriate
Your qualifications
- PROSCI or equivalent change management certification project management certification
- Extensive experience in full life cycle of two or more organizational change management projects in a complex matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility
- Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change
- Development and implementation of communication plans and change management plans
- Strong knowledge of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as a critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of coordinating OCM activities successfully on projects
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Gdrive etc.)
