Your tasks:
- Analyse and design new business processes
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective
- Communication with functional consultants to specify the requirements
- Support functional design document creation
- Responsible for technical design document
- Coordination and collaboration with developer(s)
- Solution testing and bug fixing
- GoLive and Post-GoLive-support
- Support update of central documentation
- Third level support for BASF developments
- Client internal consulting within the affected SAP module
Your qualifications
- Senior IT experience
- Certification as product specialist or documented experience
- Specialist in application development and infrastructure in (QM/NCM)
- English skills, German advantageous
