Description
IT Trainer/Technical Trainer/Trener techniczne/Trener IT/Training Manager/Kierownik szkoleniowy - Fluent Polish with good/strong command of English.
Experience of working in IT/Telecoms/A&S (application & software) training.
Draw e2e training strategy project management & ownership.
Will manage training budget.
Deploy training methods.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of the training project delivery.
Manage resources and the training team as a leader and support
Resolve issues, escalations, problems and provide the solutions
Maintain the proper understanding of training needs and business requirements, develop the best practices based on the scope.
Communicate with customer and team to maximize the smooth delivery of the objectives and tasks.
Perform as owner and responsible for wide training solution based on the formal contracts and documentation.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in IT/A&S/Telecom training projects Strong records and successes in executing challenging training programs and strategies
Familiar with traditional and modern methods of training delivery
Excellent communication and leadership skills in diversified environment
Strong ability in project management, multi-task and time and priority management
Strong reporting and presentation skills
Masters in IT/Telekom area
Professional English language level - native Polish

Solution oriented
Team player as well as strong individual skills
Flexible and high skill of working under pressure
Knowledge of IT/A&S (telecom vendor products)will be additional advantage but not a must
