Proteus Europe is searching for a ERP Master Data Manager for our client based in Brussels with frequent travel to Asia and Africa.

Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.

Your New role :-

Consultant position description

The position is Data Manager for the SPINE project. This project is rolling out an upgrade of Sun Systems v6 (from v4) to all Yara units in Asia and Africa, that do not use SAP as their ERP solution. This excludes South Africa and Singapore.
The project requires a Data Manager to liaise and coordinate between the project and the local business units to ensure a timely delivery of Master Data and other data from the Business Units to the project for loading, testing and implementation.
This position will require extensive travel throughout the project in both Africa and Asia. A successful pilot has been conducted in Ghana. The project is proceeding with the other business units in 2017.
There is a central Master Data Operations team who will be responsible for advising and assisting the Data Manager.

Job description

- · Facilitate communication between Project, business units, rollout units and master data team
- · Act as link (single point of contact) for master data and transactional data between Business, IT and Operations
- · Coordinate Master Data resources and follow up on deliveries
- · Lead master data stream on SPINE, report status, monitor progress and escalate risks/issues to the project managers

Your Skills and experience :-

Essential Skills :-

- · Good knowledge of O2C, P2P and IM business processes
- · Native or profound knowledge of English is essential. The ability to communicate in French is desirable.
