Description
2 to 3 years of experience in using Service Now product for Service delivery
Experience in managing IT services including Application Maintenance, Production support, Application testing
Experience in implementing intake(ticketing) process
Experience in overall SDLC phase and Agile methodology
Experience in applying ITIL principle
Good communication
PMP and ITIL certification will be added advantage
Managerial Role:
to work with IT leads in defining and implementing Intake process using Service Now product
Implementing the new Intake process across all application
to train all the users and oversee/measure the adoption of the new process
Identify user issues and enable corrective actions
Ensure all applications are on-boarded into this new application for all their intake needs
