SAP Change Manager - Jordan/UK

Maxegan are under instruction from our Global Client, who are currently searching for a SAP Change Manager for an initial 8 month contract, based 50% in Jordan and 50% remote.The company are currently implementing new HCM platforms as part of an HCM transformation initiative.

The key skills and experience required for this SAP Change Manager position include:

  • Strong Organisational Change Management experience
  • Ideally previous experience of working in Jordan
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Communicate well both in person, in writing, and via virtual meetings
  • Prior experience providing OCM support for multiple HCM initiatives

The roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting an OCM assessment and delivering a prioritised OCM plan including a Communications Plan/Schedule, Stakeholder Assessment, Business Readiness plan/survey.
  • They have already taken ownership of the Training Strategy/Plan, so you will be in more of a coordination role there, to ensure OCM & training messaging are aligned
  • Provide hands-on assistance with executing the tasks in the OCM plan and coaching client resources to assist wherever possible
  • With the client's assistance, you will be responsible for drafting communications messaging (various formats), creating and distributing a business readiness survey then analysing responses
  • The client is implementing SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management and Employee Central modules, as well as Kronos Time & Attendance
