IT Project Manager - Bank

Whitehall Resources are looking for an IT Project Manager, with banking experience.

Description:

Drive implementation of Application provider responsibilities within the unit Capital Impact, providing IT services for the bank in the areas of Forbearance, Debt Collection, Provision & Loss, tools for Capital Optimization for Balance Sheet management and Collateral management.
This includes establishing a structure for, and getting the complete overview, of the application portfolio and all the related processes. Compliance to regulatory requirements as well as the bank's standards is a very important part. You will be working closely together with the Application provider to secure a joint understanding and knowledge transfer both ways.
You need to be a skilled driver with high delivery focus and capacity that can easily understand the big picture and translate that into plans and actions for our team.
We need to separate our operations tasks from our development tasks and you will be part of establishing the new ways of working according to this segregation of duties.

Must have experience in ITIL, change management, and project management. You should have good knowledge about agile IT development. You speak one of the Nordic languages and have excellent English skills.
Experience of banking is must
Location can be Gothenburg or Stockholm, travelling to all our locations must be expected.
Experience with Agile Methods (Scrum/FDD/XP/Crystal/DS, ITIL v 3 and Workplace Strategy & Transformation is important.
