Manufacturing Manager Bumpers (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Define the global industrial scenario according to the project deliverable steps like account production process (paint, assembly) and supply chain (packaging means, physical and information flows)
- Responsibility for the use of standards in a lean manufacturing way
- Give design for the manufacturing requirements for product design and ensure the products meet them
- Make sure the plant and its capacity is in line with project volumes
- Responsibility for the industrialisation phase in the production plant and SILs
- Manage the project manufacturing economical perimeter (cycle time, number of operators, investments, and supply chain costs like transport, SILS etc.)
- Track perimeter changes due to the customer and reports to the PM
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with experience or Master’s degree
- Leadership skills
- German and English language skills are required
- Experience in the industrialisation of plastic parts for the automotive industry
- Knowledge of lean management
