Marketing Manager - Customer Engagement Manager
A leading B2C company based in Brighton require a Customer Engagement Manager to join their marketing function.
You will be required to maximize both staff and customer engagement with regards to their Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
This will involve things like:
- Working with Digital to implement integrated on and offline campaigns
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive communications plan
- Management of Social Media channels
- Implement customer contact strategy
To be consider for the role you should:
- Have a solid marketing background in B2C
- Previous expertise in delivering a customer engagement strategy
- Experience leading a team
