Our Bankings-Client's IT TA department is looking for an expert (m/f) on NSCC TA area.
We currently have a vacancy for one IT TA NSCC expert to offer his/her services within a Bank (client) in Luxemburg to start ASAP a 6-9 months contract (initial) in an EN-speaking environment. Extensions are possible. Our client is an international Bank and a great reference in any CV. This is an urgent role so interviews and offers will be made fast.
Tasks & Responsibilities
In this context, the expert will carry out the following duties:
- Define a standard NSCC TA service offer in term of NSCC products/services
- List NSCC US brokers specificities
- Help to understand US market specificities such as ROA and LOI
- Guide and train the relevant team with NSCC set up
- Help to define a target IT solution
- Assist in adapting the operating model related to NSCC
- Train end users
- Coordinate end to end testing with US brokers
- Provide effective and informative progress evaluations in terms of outstanding milestones, current status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies on a weekly basis
- Assist in realisation of project deadlines and schedules
- Communicate effectively and facilitate team interaction
- Ensure that the appropriate documentation is made available for the end user and IT Support
Skills & Experience
- A perfect business knowledge of NSCC TA activity and its market practices
- A perfect functional knowledge of NSCC TA message types
- A perfect knowledge of US brokers expectations
- Proven experience in projects, ideally for NSCC activity implementation(s)

Language skills
Excellent written and oral English skills are essential, French is strongly desired.
