Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for a Risk/Issue Management professional to join their team.
This is initially a 2 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and review our clients existing Portfolio risk/issues and opportunities management arrangements and introduce controls to minimise delivery risk. You will also assess the tools for measuring and recording and tracking risks and issues across the Portfolio and establish which additional tools are required.
The successful applicant will also be tasked with assess criteria and means for escalating risks/issues as well determining the format for risk and issue reporting cycle arrangements. You will also be charged with review project documentation against best practice and assess key risks to the programme/project. You will run Programme Risk workshops to plan activities and agree priorities and identify root cause and go-forward risks.
