Change and Transition Manager - HR Processes with profound project management and implementation experience knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the retail sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 5+ years' experience in a role in the respective function
  • Several years of project management and implementation experience in a global organization
  • Profound HR knowledge and experience in transition of HR processes
  • Experience in process mapping (handling of tools and templates)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Globally/regionally mobile (up to 60% business travel depending on project phase)
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, excellent communication skills


Your tasks:
  • Responsibility for all process related activities during Design, Plan and Implement phase as well as the detailed analysis of processes in different locations for specific process areas / functions especially for HR
  • Ensuring integrity of analysis and consistency cross location
  • Acting as first point of contact for local management and teams regarding all process related questions
  • Identifying process change impact based on defined approach
  • Planning and executing the transfer of processes to the relevant teams and stabilizing the new set up and hand over to line organization
  • Responsible for planning of meetings, alignment with the local project team, the program team and other relevant stakeholders and for the entire process related documentation
  • Provides regular input to the implementation manager regarding risks, issues, progress, etc.
