Content Designer / Content Writer - West London - £200 - £230pdPeople Source Consulting are seeking an experienced Content Writer / Content Producer to take on an initial 6 Month Contract role with one of the world's biggest, most successful and most innovative eCommerce businesses.

The role will be to produce informative, educational and inspiring content for both internal and external use.
Working in line with the clients key business objectives by supporting their global brand and breeding customer loyalty.
This role will include:
Content Creation:
*Creating dynamic, informative, editorial content in various forms (Newsletters, Marketing campaigns and other Internal / external communications).
*Understanding and implementing client's tone of voice and branding guidelines as well as industry and best practice writing guidelines.
*Building content in Drupal and bespoke Content Management Systems (CMS).
*Guiding all content through client's internal approval process.
*Occasional management of sensitive content.
Planning and Support:
*Reviewing content performance using Google Analytics (And other reporting tools) with a view to increasing effectiveness.
*Planning / scheduling daily / weekly content in collaboration with business stake-holders and editorial leads.
*Disseminate knowledge of client content guidelines to both internal & external clients.
*Work closely with Content Managers, Language specialists, Business Managers, Legal personnel and Designers.
Qualifications Required:
*Exceptional copywriting, Proofreading and editorial skills.
*Demonstrable experience of producing multi-channel content to both weekly and monthly schedules.
*A passion for quality content and Digital Media.
*The ability to translate complex product features in to clear, benefits-led and user-focused content solutions.
*Strong ability / background in Data and statistical analysis
*Creative, collaborative and problem solving mind-set and workstyle
*Hands on experience with Content / Asset management systems to input, manage and update content.
