Description
For our customer we are looking for a Communication and Change Manager.
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and their needs.
The customer is undertaking a transition and transformation to a new IT vendor during 2017.
The transformation will begin in May, but already now new end user computing is being rolled out to all the customers employees globally.
The Communications and Change management- responsible, will be responsible for creating and ensuring high quality generic communications and training material to end-users, as well as global communications and stakeholder engagement communications.
Further the Communications and Change management responsible will support the T&T project managers in developing and executing communications related to ensuring success the specific needs and target groups.
As the programme is heavy on IT changes to processes, tools, collaboration and governance, it is important for the CCM responsible to be able to bridge IT and business, as well as make IT changes relevant for the end-users with timely and relevant activities.
The CCM responsible will refer to the RUNIT programme change manger, and will work closely with project managers, regional IT and Local point of contacts.
