Compliance Manager - Financial Promotions
We are currently looking to recruit a compliance manager to work within a financial promotions team for a top financial services business in Swindon.
Compliance Manager Responsibilities:
- Approve financial promotions to ensure they meet FCA regulations
- Review and formally approve customer communications and product literature in compliance with FCA rules
- Evidence that approved material complies with all regulatory requirements
- Ensure that systems and controls are properly documented.
- Maintain good working relationships with Stakeholders.
- Ensure that the record keeping processes for financial promotions remain robust and accurate.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Good knowledge of financial promotions rules, and the regulatory environment and framework.
- Ability to interpret, apply and explain regulations.
- Experience of working in the financial services industry with compliance responsibilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and the regulatory framework.
- Ability to engage and work in partnership with key stakeholders in the business.
- PC literate with knowledge of all main Microsoft Office applications.
- Approachable, flexible, enthusiastic and ability to work on own and as part of a larger team
