Enterprise Partners is currently looking for experienced Global HR Change Manager to join a large Global project in France.

Global Project Manager Profile required:
- French and English Fluent
- Facilitate the network of Change & Training Leads in each local implementation team
- Create and drive usage of global templates, tools and processes to facilitate strong change management plans per market
- Ensure a detailed business impact analysis by market to determine local training and communication needs
- Create global communication plans and developing required materials for market deployment
- Support the central training lead with the Train The Trainer programme
- Create associate training materials for the new systems and ways of working
- Create Leadership video messages and Intranet stories, aligned with Corporate Communications
- To be successful in this role you will have 6+ years business experience, most likely in HR
- Prior experience in change management or training being an advantage.
- You will be organised, creative, detail-oriented, with strong facilitation skills and a "can-do" mindset.
The details of this exciting Global Change Manager Opportunity include:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 18 -months
Rate: up to 95 EUR per hour
Interview times: from 11st April ongoing - Face to Face interview is preferred
Location : near Paris
