Description
ERP Project Manager is required to deliver a new Kerridge Babbage ERP solution across newly acquired companies within Ireland as part of a large 3-year transformation/integration programme for this UK National FMCG Retail Group. The successful ERP Project Manager will hold a pivotal role responsible for a sizeable proportion of this overall programme.
The main output from the first stage of the Programme will be the production of numerous Programme Strategy documents, plans and presentations to describe the approach to the Programme. Throughout the Programme, accurate and timely communication of the plans and status will be critical to success.
ERP Project Managers applying MUST have proven full life cycle delivery experience along with an excellent understanding of ERP systems implementation from a technical and business perspective.
ERP Project Managers will be expected to have excellent attention to detail and a positive self-motivated/self-driven attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced semi-structured and loosely documented IT environment, whilst working on your own initiatives and building your own environment with limited support and resources.
ERP Project Managers will be expected to initiate, define, plan and propose integration related projects and work streams following structured processes and methods, task will include: resource planning, progress tracking and work allocation; managing internal/external activities and 3rd party suppliers; managing change within the remit of project work streams; managing budgets and motivating small teams of people whilst supporting the PMO with delivering strategic initiatives.
