Description
For one of our longstanding end clients, Next Ventures is urgently seeking an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant for an initial three months' contract in Italy, with travel to Switzerland and Germany.
The competences we are looking for are the following:
SAP CRM version 7 EHP3, on premise
Customers and Products Master data
Installed base management Interaction Center (with CTI integration)
Service Contracts
Service Orders/Confirmations
External billing scenario with SAP ECC SD module
Integration with SAP ECC controlling
SAP CRM/SAP ECC integration Middleware
