Description
The Role:
- Working as a Manager within the Bank's wholesale business ensuring consistent reporting the division - covering finance, operations and risk.
- Daily BAU as well as project work.
- Provide oversight controls for the Bank's wholesale operations.
- Working group meetings and steering committees.
- Analysis and testing.
- People management.
Necessary Requirements:
- Wholesale experience and product knowledge (FX, MM, derivatives, securities).
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets and control frameworks.
- Front Office knowledge.
- Strong P&L, balance sheet and operational controls experience.
- Team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
