A key client of mine who deals in the Energy From Waste sector is urgently looking for a new EC&I Team Lead on a long term basis.
The main purpose of the role is to supervise and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of assigned project EC&I Engineering deliverables and the resources to deliver them. In addition to this the candidate is expected to provide advice where requested, using 'best practice' and the expected level of teamwork and professionalism. It is to be taken as read that the incumbent will conduct his/her role in full compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key skills
-Experience in the Renewable/Energy from Waste/Biomass sector
- Experience to Prepare, in conjunction with EM, engineering estimates for EC&I Engineering scopes of work, when requested and monitor costs against budget
- Ideally 5 years' instruments and/or control engineering and/or power plant experience within same or closely related industry working on capital plant
Some knowledge of Profibus, DCS, SCADA engineering and/or software engineering/coding, MCC's, VSD's, electrical machines and harmonics would be very beneficial
