My client is a leading data driven CRM and Digital agency, who require an experience Account Director to manage client relationships and project/programme manage the delivery of a new CRM programme for a financial services client. The programme will include strategy, design of processes, utilising customer data and technology, customer journey planning and strategy and campaign delivery.
The role will require strong project/programme management governance and excellent client facing skills.
The successful candidate will bring the following:
- Extensive CRM and Digital programme delivery
- Experience in email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages and print
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent client management skills
- A good working knowledge of campaign technologies and customer data
