Description
A leading private sector organisation, based in Gibraltar, are looking for an Interim M&A Integration Consultant, for an initial 6 month contract.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the integration of a number of businesses, and driving process improvements across the group. You will have extensive M&A experience, as well as excellent people change management experience/capability.
You will be responsible for reviewing the existing integration model and suggesting improvements; representing the organisation in building strong relationships with acquired companies; and managing people/business related change initiatives among other things.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key. Project Management experience, ideally in an M&A environment, is also important, and experience in the technology/gaming sector would be preferred.
