Interim Head of HR (French Speaking) (6 months starting in May 2017)
Overview
Working for a growing and dynamic financial services provider we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of HR to join on a 6 month interim basis. This role can be based either in London or in Paris . Some business trips in Europe will be required.
Reporting directly into the CEO as Head of HR you will form part of the Executive Committee and take responsibility for working with senior stakeholders on the creation of strategic people plans to enable the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy. Leading a small team you will own and drive the transformation of the HR function.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience of working internationally as a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR within a fast paced financial services environment. You will be able to communicate fluently in French and have the ability to quickly develop strong relationships and influence at all levels of the business.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of managing organisational change
- Knowledge of French and UK Employment Law
- Experience of regulatory requirements in financial services
