Tangent International are urgently looking for a Field Manager to work a 6 month extendable contract based in the PhilippinesField Manager
Must have at least 5 years of working experience as FM
Worked on Nokia BTS equipment for at least 3 years
Able to explain about field coordination activity
Able to explain tools used on daily basis in field coordination activity
Able to explain how to manage escalation and follow up
Able to explain the reporting mechanism
Able to explain site activity planning
Able to explain 5 checkpoints that must happen for every site before declaring site is completed
Able to explain how material shortage will be mitigated
Able to perform gap analysis for plan Vs actual
Able to propose solution to overcome or close the gap between plan Vs actual
