Your Job
In this exciting role, you are responsible for the technical content and quality of the product release. You will lead the product creation project from tape out to product release. In this, you will lead a multifunctional team with representatives from bench-, test- and design engineering, quality assurance and marketing. You will be responsible for the definition and execution of the product validation/characterization on bench test set-up (supported by Bench Test Engineers) and (semi) automated test set-up. You will be responsible to release the product with zero defect and low cost and document this in the product validation report. You will be working in an international team where you guide and steer your colleagues in Asia. You will be given the opportunity to grow in this role and to grow your project management skills. You will be reporting to the test and product engineering manager.
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering
- Experience with product validation/characterization
- Project Management skills
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Know and have experience in quality engineering, IC fabrication and IC test
- Have customer orientation
- Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Target driven, shows initiative and have an entrepreneurial attitude.
