Description
SAP Service Delivery Manager French/English or Dutch/English
Working in an Applications Managed Service Environment, familiar with on-shore/off-shore models. Broad knowledge of SAP processes and applications ideally in large multi-national business operations OR Centre of Excellence style environments. Solid understanding of managing Service Level operations and escalations. Experience across multi-country SAP implementations or rollouts would be a distinct advantage.
