Description
IFRS 9 Implementation Manager
The Role:
- To lead the bank's IFRS 9 business readiness and implementation.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the risk and impairment models used and work with the various business stakeholders to ensure the IFRS 9 is implemented (with particular focus on the credit and business teams).
- Test plans and test scripts as required.
- Deliver training and communication to the business.
- Reviewing and validating input and output of data.
- Impairment provisioning.
- Support transition to BAU model.
Requirements:
- IFRS 9 experience.
- Previously worked on credit risk projects.
- Experience with business readiness.
- Test plans and test scripts experience.
- Wholesale banking product knowledge.
- Project Management experience.
- Modelling experience is also desirable - PD LGD, EAD
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
