Change Manager, Ho Chi Mihn City, Fluent in Vietnamese 10 month Assignment
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced change manager for a global SAP implementation based in Ho Chi Mihn City
Our end-user client, a world leader in the FMCG industry, has a major global SAP implementation program and they are looking for Change manager with the following skills and experience;
Experience required of Change manager
- 5 years experience in Change management
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Willingness to travel
- Team player with the ability to work independently as well as in project teams
- Experienced in change management (medior level); understands the roles of change leaders versus change enablers
- Experience in working in projects and Matrix organization
- Experience in SAP implementation projects
- Able to work in a complex field of stakeholders and act pro-active towards them (in case of externally hired: under supervision of business change management)
- Ability and determination to influence laterally within the organization.
- Able to communicate to the point and in line of need of target group (management, project team members and work floor).
- Contribute to preparation and execution of a business readiness plan
- Understand how to support the change owner and the local team with creating the right conditions for the business transformation and with execution of the change and making it stick.
- Focus activity areas: Stakeholder mapping, communication, change action plans, training
- Experience with management of extensive training programs
- Experience or strong affinity with (end2end) business processes; preferably in consumer goods environment
- Very capable in excel and PowerPoint, communication media
- Open attitude towards local and other cultures

Rate: in Euros depends on experience
