I am currently looking for a Functional Analyst Document Management for a long term contract based in Belguim
The consultant will be a key member of project team for package implementation & document management at the client. As part of a global program, we are currently building a central communication center which streamlines all communication management, choosing the ideal channel for communication with our customers, document storage, document sending, reception, signing, and follow-up.
The Functional Analyst Document Management will be Responsibilities for the following:
- Requirements review and alignment with business partners, documents variables mapping team, document development team
- Triggering insurance documents out of the core system. Catching and checking the related XML
- Coordination with different teams: documents variables mapping team, business, document development team
- Solving issues by communication with the different teams
- QA review of the developed documents: triggering document, check content in French and Dutch language, according to business analysis
- Coordination and follow-up of activities (to be done by others) that you need to be able to finish your activities
- Solving issues during testing, aligning with all different parties.
The Functional Analyst Document Management will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in functional analysis ideally in an insurance company.
- You are able to coordinate delivery of your projects autonomously with all parties and communicate spontaneously the status of your release to the project manager.
- Experience of projects in an open systems environment and good passive knowledge to discuss solutions with architects, suppliers and developers.
- Hands-on experience with a document management system is considered a plus.
