Description
This role provides a reward centre of excellence service to the UK and International business area. Involving the development and design of business specific reward solutions to enable attraction, retention and engagement of people whilst ensuring they are consistent with the reward framework for the UK and Group. This type of work will require interpretation and a level of specialist skills. One of the main duties you will be carrying out will be understanding and interpreting business needs by guiding and supporting HR & Business Leaders on aspects of salary planning, job evaluation, grading and performance salary bench-marking.
Main responsibilities:
. Contributing to the planning and delivery of reward strategies and initiatives aligned to UK business requirements.
* Working with HR and the businesses to identify, understand and resolve the impact of business changes and HR initiatives on current and future reward strategies.
* Providing guidance and support to HR in managing local, complex compensation and benefits issues, enabling swift, consistent and quality resolution.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of the UK & International reward cycle and process, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Leading the delivery of Reward (may be specialized area eg pensions/shares etc) initiatives within the business to ensure approaches are adequately developed and practically applied to enable achievement of individual learning and business objectives
* Sourcing and managing appropriate local suppliers/partners to support design and development of Reward initiatives and programmes.
* Responsible for ensuring adherence to policies and Reward in accordance with the defined governance requirements.
