Senior Business Analyst (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Act as the interface between business and IT
- Support business during requirement definition phase
- Understand business processes and propose possible technical solutions
- Ensure proper tracking and closure of tasks on agreed timelines and that delivery is of expected quality
- Act as a SPOC for application supplier for changes, requests and incidents
- Run testing activities for the application in the area of responsibility
Your qualifications
- Strong experience as Business Analyst
- Profound experience with Label Management Systems (esp. OPAL would be a big plus)
- Profound experience in creating specification documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German & English)
- Experience in Project Management
- Former experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain area
- Experience in Pharma and GxP environment
