Overview
The Change and Communications manager primary objective will be focused on developing and communications plan for a EMEA ERP rollout. This will involve working with the ERP work stream leads to understand planning assumptions that have an impact on the implementation which will be rolled out across EMEA.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the communications plan
- Working with the Internal Communications lead and change managers to deliver a communications plan.
- Ensure communications, training and change plans are aligned by working closely with Business Change and Training teams
- Deliver communications collateral as per the methodology and agreed Transformation plan
- Understand the needs of the business and leverage results of business change impact and readiness assessments to strengthen content and focus of communications activities and plans
- Manage key programme events, such as Communication, Town Halls and Manager Briefings
- Make sure that all communications are brand aligned by fully understanding the brand and values
- Align with other Communication Director dependencies are understood and air traffic control is managed
- Work with the change managers to help assess the change readiness, including the development of readiness checklists and surveys.
Key Requirements:
- Have strong much knowledge of communications in a ERP change implementation
- Demonstrate passion, initiative and drive to push things forward
- Have the ability to put a communication strategy together without a lot of input
- Be a confident communicator with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
