Microsoft Dynamics Business System Analyst Position

Job Description
This position will specifically focus on the CRM Saleshub Platform used by Client Sales Business
- Leads the requirement definition and product acceptance for Business and IT Teams.
- Defines and communicates the plan to successfully support Corporate Sales business teams
- Works closely with the Testing team to ensure test cases and acceptance criteria are documented and test plans are successfully executed.
- Influences migration and deployment strategy based on Corporate Sales requirements.
- Identifies risks and issues and mitigation strategies.
- Works with business and IT teams to define training strategy and supports the training lead to ensure training materials and plans are developed.
Qualification
- Team player must be able to build relationships to reach effective solutions across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Understands the big picture, always developing and implementing innovative strategies and solutions to drive real business results.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Understanding of the airline industry, Corporate and Agency Sales business processes
- Proven leadership, communication, and relationship building skills.
Requirements
- Basic Computer skills including MS suite of project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Rally and Agile Project Management Methodology
- College degree or equivalent work experience in the airline industry
