Interim/Contract Opportunity - 6-12 months

Are you an experienced Interim Divisional Finance Director with experience of supporting finances through an acquisition and integration?
Are you a qualified accountant with experience of statutory accounts and plc reporting requirements?
Do you have highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and experience of change management?
My client, has made an exciting strategic acquisition. As you would expect this role is absolutely confidential. I am looking for an Interim Divisional Finance Director to report into a Group CFO. You will have previous hands on experience of managing the finances for at least one acquisition and integration in the past. The acquisition and due diligence phase has already been completed so experience of this is not necessary at this time.
Your experience
The ideal candidate will be available on short notice for an interim assignment of 6-12 months and a qualified accountant with the following experience;
*Acquisition & integration
*PLC company experience
*Statutory accounting
*PLC reporting requirements
*High level of commercial acumen
*Change management expertise
Your stakeholder engagement skills will be highly advanced and demonstrable at the most senior of levels. A consultancy background is advantageous but not essential for this role. Flexibility, adaptability and managing ambiguity are essential. Some travel may be required.
