FINANCIAL PROMOTION & MARKETING
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Promotions & Marketing professional to join a leading Asset Management company. You will be assisting with its high risk financial promotions sign-off using knowledge of Applicable regulatory requirements in EMEA.
This is a contract position, initially 3 months, with a daily rate up to £438.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial promotions sign off at professional and/or end investor level
- Advising sales team on cross-border marketing rules and local regulations in EMEA
- Contributing to our evolving application of FCA rules in the context of digital marketing and social media.
Experience Required:
- Experience of signing off financial promotions and marketing materials for professional clients and/or end investors is required
- Knowledge of cross-border marketing rules in EMEA
- Good compliance capabilities, a strong personality, combining energy, enthusiasm, resilience, tenacity and diplomacy.
