IT Business System Analyst
For one of my globally leading tech clients, they are urgently looking to recruit an IT Business System Analyst who has background experience in the banking sector.
Job Description:
Mission
- Leads detailed requirement phases in collaboration with BA and technical analysts.
- Performs and document AS is and to Be model in collaboration with the business.
- Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle and CMM deliverables utilizing reporting tools, requirements
- Together with Project Manager, determines best mix of development, interfacing applications, core system development. Short term/Long term solutions.
Key Competencies Required:
Must Have:
- Master in business system analysis.
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Functional Analysis
- data modelling,
- business process modelling,
- Interfaces modelling and understanding of system interfacing.
- Different requirement methodologies: methodology of Object Orientation, Use Cases, Unified Modeling Language, iterative methodologies like RUP and traditional waterfall approach
- Good Knowledge of finance/accounting, Transfer Agency and Fund Industry.
- French Speaking/understanding is a real plus!
Education/Experience
- Professional with of minimum 5 years in an business system analyst position in a banking environment.
