Procurement Documentation Lead - North West England - Contract - 4 months
Experienced Procurement Documentation Lead is sought after by multinational client based in the North West of England for a 4 month contract.
Experience of/skills in:
Work under the guidance of the Procurement & Commercial Lead to (indicative list only):
Develop contract schedules for a Competitive Dialogue procurement, drawing on input from technical, financial and legal colleagues
Lead development of procurement strategy, setting out timetable and products required
Work with finance colleagues to develop and document the pricing strategy and with technical colleagues to set out the performance regime
Lead development of procurement documents, focussing on the ITPD and including any pre-qualification criteria
Work with programme colleagues to identify, capture and articulate evaluation criteria and to set out the evaluation methodology
Rate: £450-£550 per day
Location: North West England
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Initial phase 1 will run from June to 30th September 2017 to support Pre-Procurement activities
