Role: Executive Assistant - Client Services
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Type: PAYE Temporary Contract
Duration: 12 months
Salary: DOE
Role Purpose:
To provide a comprehensive Administration support to Client Services Team within HSS Edinburgh operations and assisting other Admin Assistants where required.
Accountabilities:
- Coordination of onsite client meetings on behalf of the Client Services Team
- Minuting of client meetings, transcription of minutes and distribution including actions arising (in timely manner)
- Monthly Client Service Meeting packs/agendas/meeting/travel
- General on site Administrative support for support (BCP plans (scheduling client audits), updating distribution lists etc)
- Processing Invoices for approval/filing as required
- Assisting with general duties as requested and work with other admin assts - maintain org charts, manage sharepoint access
Experience:
- Financial Services industry experience essential
- Extensive experience in an administration role, personal and or executive assistant
- Excellent knowledge of/proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good people skills and confident communicator
- Excellent planning/organising skills
